360° visual inspection for solid dosage, with verified reject.
Manual inspection depends on the person at the station. Attention drops over a long shift, each operator applies the reject criteria a little differently, and every shift change resets the standard. A tired or rushed inspector can pass a chipped tablet or a dented capsule that a fresh inspector would catch. The result is quality that varies from one shift to the next, with little record of what was actually checked.
CountSafe 360 applies the same recipe to every unit on every shift, and a second camera confirms each ejection.

Automated 360° inspection has mostly stayed on flagship lines because of its capital cost.
CountSafe 360 delivers full-surface inspection and ejection confirmation at about half the cost of comparable systems. That opens it up to mid-size lines, CDMO suites and secondary sites.

Hard tablets (round, oblong, oval), hard and soft capsules from size 00EL to 4, opaque softgels and gel-tabs. Product length from 4 to 30 mm.
Non-conforming units are ejected automatically. An independent downstream camera then checks the flow before bulk collection. If a faulty unit bypasses ejection, the machine stops and raises an alarm.
CountSafe 360 offers 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records eligibility, with LDAP authentication, audit trail and alarm reporting over OPC-UA. It follows GAMP 5 principles. Final compliance depends on your validated process.
