TRAINEE- TECH SUPPORT
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide IT on-call and weekend support as scheduled.
- Professional handling of every service request.
- Maintenance of PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases.
- Telephone and email support.
- Perform customer request management while maintaining support quotas.
- Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization.
- Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the organization.
- Analyze and validate issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal resources.
- Manage and ensure documentation of service calls is completed.
- Contribute to technical support processes.
- Work with a 24/7 global technical support team.
- Knowledge of scripting like PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of software and systems: Microsoft, SQLite, VMware, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
- Fundamental understanding of networking and security.
- English fluency;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Have a good sense of organization and of priorities;
- Customer service oriented;
- Strong analytical skills.
- Being able to interact with several stakeholders by encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
