Job Summary

The Software Deployment Specialist will work in collaboration with the developers, project technician and will have to support the customers when they have issues related to the integration of our products.

  • Act as a reference to the customers for level 2 service calls;
  • Integrate the proposed solutions to the infrastructure;
  • Support the Product Team and the Software Team;
  • Establish support tools.

Required Skills

  • College diploma in computer science/networking or in an equivalent program;
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience;
  • Advanced English skills for the sites whose primary language is not English ;
  • Knowledge of software development and networking;
  • Knowledge of the virtual environments (an asset);
  • Knowledge of the Python language is an asset;
  • Solution-oriented;
  • Advance analytical capacity.
