CountSafe 360 rolls every unit across motorized rollers to capture its full surface before ejection. A one-millimeter stain, a chip smaller than a millimeter, a color or shape defect: none of it gets past. And to make sure every reject actually stays rejected, a second camera confirms each ejection at 100%, a safety net few systems offer.

CountSafe 360 runs standalone: no line modification required, no downtime to deploy it. Quality teams can even build and refine inspection recipes offline, on a laptop, from a reference image set, without ever pausing production to do it. Full rigor, none of the speed trade-off.
