SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for defining marketing strategies for a category of technology solutions. They are the marketing reference for the solutions they are drawn to and must collaborate with other team members to implement the marketing strategies and tactics on the international scene. In this case, we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for a category of solutions related to traceability technologies including hardware and software systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the marketing plan, including value propositions, positioning, key messages and marketing strategies for the solutions category;
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to deploy effective area marketing tactics and campaigns based on established objectives;
  • Solutions Marketing Budget Planning;
  • Contribute to the marketing plan in close collaboration with the product teams; 
  • Establish, monitor and analyze marketing performance indicators;
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing content and sales materials related to the solutions;
  • Ensure that all marketing messages are consistent with the solutions' marketing strategy and that the brand image is respected;
  • Present marketing results of the solutions to the different teams;
  • Monitor key trends and competitions;
  • Work in close collaboration with the product and solution management team;
  • Participate in strategic meetings with the product and sales team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related technology field;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or marketing of solutions/products, or new product launch;
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in B2B marketing (an asset);
  • Organization, autonomy and resourcefulness;
  • Ability to adapt, versatility and flexibility;
  • Good team spirit and collaboration;
  • Knowledge of supply chains or processing technologies (an asset)
