OPTEL is currently looking for a Service Project Manager to join its team ! The Service Project Manager’s main mandate is to provide timely project service project delivery and ensure customer expectations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage service projects from initial service request through project closing.
  • Manage customer punch lists that are transferred from PMO to the Service Team.
  • Bring customer escalations to resolution and provide critical incident management.
  • Manage customer expectations as well as communication throughout the service project process.
  • Buildout and deliver spare parts list to meet customer expectations.
  • Leverage our internal teams to ensure we meet service project commitments

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • One year experience in the support role or equivalent experience outside of Optel Vision in service management.
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage milestones and/or critical timelines.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple individuals and/or groups in order to meet delivery expectations of the customer.
