What will you do?

Organizing data to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

  • Supporting the sales team with sales operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business;
  • Territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness;
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators to drive strategic and tactical business decisions;
  • Coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts;
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Monitors the assigned sales organisation’s compliance with the required standards for maintaining CRM data;
  • Preparing targeted monthly reports to sales management on rep performance;
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of Global Sales Plans and supporting documentation.



What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a previous sales support role;
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, writing, training and presentation skills;
  • Creativity and proven ability to work independently or as part of a larger team;
  • Proven ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and work environment;
  • Ability to build and maintain internal customer relationships;
  • Have initiative, resourcefulness, and rigor;
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage priorities for many simultaneous projects;
  • Fluent with CRM works (Preference SFC);
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
