OPTEL is actively looking for a Director of Global Account Management to join its team ! 


Corporate Approach

  •  Develop approach strategy for Global accounts.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of Global account needs and requirements.
  • Anticipating Global account 5 years roadmap.
  •  Collaborate with the local sales team on the Global accounts.
  • Customer mapping and market trends
  • Manage relationships with major and strategic accounts.
  • Prepare long-term and short-term goals for the Global Account Management team.
  • Correctly address team’s need and/or issue to top management (escalation process).
  • Assess training needs for the team.
  • Build and assure growth of the Global Account Management team.
  • Participate of the Marketing strategy and activities for the Global accounts.
  • Develop solid relationship with C-Level and VPs to fulfill the account goals.

Market Approach Strategy

  • Collaborate to define the product-marketing-sales strategy.
  • Share strategic information and progress with the team.
  • Serve as the link of communication between Key customers and internal teams.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.


  • 10 years experience in Global Account strategy.
  • Excel in teamwork and collaborative work.
  • Excellent customer-orientation and networking skills.
  • More than 7-10 years’ experience related to the position.
  • Customer’s contacts at high levels.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients and territories.
  • English (spoken and written).
  • Results oriented.
  • Traveling 65%-70% of his/her time.
  • Great communicator, able to clearly convey ideas.
  • Have a great business sense.
  • Have initiative, resourcefulness, and rigor.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage priorities for many simultaneous projects.
  • Adaptability, versatility and flexibility.
  • Fluent with CRM works (Preference SFC).
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
