Coordinator- Field Engineering - Service Technician - System Specialist - Commissioning Engineer (f/m)

To strengthen our team in Germany (location Feldkirchen near Munich), we are looking for a Coordinator-Field Engineers as soon as possible.

The Field Engineers team is responsible for setting up track and trace systems and supporting them throughout their lifecycle.

The coordinator is responsible for the technical leadership and development as well as resource planning of the entire team.

Your role in our team

  • You are responsible for the technical management and further development of the "Field Engineers" team
  • In this function you will plan commissioning and service trips for the entire team
  • You will coordinate and supervise the project handling in-house, at our end customers as well as partner companies
  • Work on the further development of our processes and templates for the project execution methodology
  • Perform effort estimates for new projects as well as for rebuilds and updates of existing projects
  • Plan hall assignments for new machine projects
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with your team

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering or mechatronics, or you have a degree in computer science, natural sciences, economics or engineering or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience and experience in leading and developing a team of at least 5 employees
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in the commissioning of complex mechatronic systems
  • You have good IT knowledge with Windows operating systems, networks, databases and interfaces
  • You deal proactively and confidently with external and internal customers
  • You appreciate working together in a team and get involved
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes with a focus on packaging and the corresponding regulations (GMP, FDA, etc.) are advantageous
  • Very good German as well as very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of responsibility and accurate working methods
