OPTEL Brazil is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to join the team in Campinas. 


Daily, you will support recruiting activities in Brazil and America. You will be part of the Global Human Experience team, that have members in Canada, Ireland and India.


You will also act closely with the Site Manager in Campinas to assist him in various HR and administrative tasks. 


Human resources activities 


Carry out Recruitment and Selection processes: 

  • Profile alignment with manager;
  • Preparation of advertisements and promotion of vacancies;
  • Curriculum screening and selection of people;
  • Schedule interviews;
  • Search candidates from specific sources;
  • Interview in English and send the pre-approved candidate for analysis.

Acting in the onboarding process 

  • Scheduling admission exams;
  • Checking documentation;
  • Entering information into the system;
  • Welcoming and onboarding of new employee;
  • Assist in internal and external training processes; 
  • Assisting employees and reporting for area statistics;
  • Any other related tasks.


Administratives activities 

  • Control of visitors in accordance with current regulations, provide information and provide guidance on their circulation on the company's premises;
  • Responsible for controlling the receipt and dispatch of pouches and correspondence, organizing documents and delivering them to their recipients;
  • Request and control of motoboys for services required by the branch, in addition to the cost control of this expense;
  • Purchasing management of office supplies and hygiene, control and distribution of these materials according to needs;
  • Support in the routines of Marketing, HR, etc.;
  • Archive documents;
  • Control and organization of keys, with updated registration of all positions;
  • Any other related tasks.


  • Degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Economics in full or Studying, Technologist in full HR.
  • Bilingualism (English/Portuguese) 
  • Knowledge in point systems, bank of hours.
  • Knowledge in E-Social
