Belt speed adjusts up to 70 m/min, transfer height adapts from 750 to 1000 mm, and throughput scales up to 400 ppm, making ItemUnit™ a fit for high-volume item-level serialization without compromising on control.

Every item is verified as it moves — not after. ItemUnit™’s integrated vision system reads and confirms each code inline, with the option to add a second camera station to verify data in up to two positions simultaneously.
