Job Summary

The Validation Specialist’s primary mandate is to develop and maintain quality document templates based on functional specifications and design specifications of projects (IOQ, FAT, FAS, URS, Change Control).

Tasks

 

  • Develop and maintain test templates
    • Structure test plans
    • Act as the resident expert
  • Develop and maintain quality document templates
    • Develop validation strategies
  • Improve quality
    • Create the risk analysis for the validation
    • Act as a resource person at the documentary level (URS, FAT, FS, DS, test plan, etc.)
    • Write and edit quality documents, FAT, SAT
    • Create new tests when necessary
    • Respond to customer’s and internal teams’ questions on validation
  • Write tests for quality control
    • Write tests for the Department of Quality Control for the projects
    • Correct tests as needed
  • Write installation and operation qualification protocols
    • Write installation and operation qualification protocols
    • Correct installation and operation qualification protocols
    • Ensure that installation and operation qualification protocols are transferred to the Project Manager
    • Notify the Project Manager that the validation documents are ready

Requisite Skills

  • College diploma in a relevant field
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Two years of experience in test and validation of systems
