Optel Vision is currently recruiting many Technical Support Specialists. The technician’s main mandate is solving technical problems on our systems. They will work with the latest technologies in machine vision solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist customers in solving their technical problems in order to offer a customer experience of the highest standards
  • Use in-house tools to simulate the problems faced by our customers, run diagnostics and find solutions
  • Document the resolved problems to build a shared knowledge base and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • College diploma in a technical field or equivalent job experience
  • English fluency required and bilingualism considered a plus
  • Experience of 2 years in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset)

SKILLS

  • Have a good sense of organization and of priorities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Advanced knowledge in XML configuration
  • Previous software application support
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical field (an asset)
