  • The app is based on the simple use of a chatbot.
  • The app does not need to be downloaded. It can be accessed via a simple link. User registration takes just a few minutes.
  • The chatbot collects various data that is then sent to the company’s personalized dashboard. The company can then make informed decisions to ensure workplace safety.

 

THREE LEVELS OF PROTECTION

The application can be personalized according to the desired functionalities.

 

BASIC LEVEL — HEALTH DECLARATION

 

  • Before accessing the workplace, the user answers automated questions that are predetermined by the employer, allowing the application to make an initial evaluation of the risk of contamination. This process allows the employer to more efficiently conform to workplace safety regulations thanks to the digitization of data.
  • The employer can send important information to employees through the app. People visiting public areas may also be required to use the application if merchants require it.

 

ADVANCED LEVEL — SOCIAL DISTANCING 

  • Bluetooth technology makes it possible to send audio alerts between users within a distance of less than two metres. This helps enforce social-distancing measures.

 

PERSONALIZED LEVEL — ADDITIONAL DATA

  • If the company wishes, additional geolocation data, or data collected via sensors, can be sent to the app, thanks to the Internet of Things (IoT) (e.g., thermal cameras).
  • Personalized dashboards can be developed to help companies make informed decisions.
  • Proximity contact: this feature allows companies to trace contact between employees and visitors on company premises while respecting the privacy of all involved.
