Sales Solutions Support Engineer

Duties / Responsibilities include:

· Sales Support Role;

·To conduct Engineering requirement assessments for Medtech customers

· Draft and deliver targeted PowerPoint Presentation

· Develop relationships with  customers and Sales Teams in Europe.   

· To help sales team to build RFQ and the solution team to build the offer

· Complete Engineering Sales Reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and engineering information

· Complete Line Assessments on customer sites

· Project Coordination

· To develop business in assigned Key Accounts.  

· Work in collaboration the Solution Design team if a Functional Specification needs to be done at a customer’s facility

· Work with Senior Management to prioritize visits to a customer’s facility

· Gains customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements

· Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

· Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualification /  Requirements:

·         College Diploma or University degree in the field of computer science, engineering

·         At least 2 years’ experience in a pre-sales, technical support,

·         Good Understanding of the organization’s goals and objective

·         Exceptional written and oral communication skills

·         Exceptional Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills

·         Strong documentation skills

·         Ability to absorb and retain information quickly

·         Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language

·         Highly self-motivated and directed

·         Keen attention to detail

·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

·         Exceptional customer service orientation

·         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
