Sales Support Co-ordinator (German or French)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Support Co-ordinator to support our European Sales team.
Reporting to: Vice President of Sales
His/Her principal assignments are to co-ordinate the European Sales team.
Location: Limerick, Ireland
-Research Potential customers and make first contacts if required.
-Manage Account Directors calendars.
-Maintain our client database.-Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, events and similar activities.
-Work with marketing colleagues and staff on sales/marketing projects as needed.
-Collect Data for sales reports.
-Performing General Office support.
– Involved in customer visits to the EMEA facility/Demo Centre.
• Must hold a Third Level Qualification, ideally in the following: Applied Languages / Marketing / Business or relevant.
• Must be Fluent one of the following languages: German, French and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent Knowledge of Office Suite. Experience with CRM- Salesforce would be an advantage.
• Ability to efficiently priorities and show resourcefulness.
• Strong Customer Relationship building skills.
